What this website is
This is the website of M Squared Advisors, the coaching practice of Michael A. Martone. The content here — pages, videos, and the book — is offered for general information and inspiration. It is not professional advice for your specific situation.
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal services
Coaching is a partnership focused on your goals, clarity, and next steps. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal services, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Although Michael is a lawyer, reading this website, contacting him, or working with him as a coach does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you need medical, mental-health, or legal help, please seek it from a qualified provider.
The coaching relationship is a written agreement
Coaching engagements begin only when both sides sign a coaching agreement covering the scope of coaching, confidentiality expectations, payment terms, cancellation policies, and the distinction between coaching and therapy, medical care, or legal services. Nothing on this website, and no message sent through it, starts a coaching relationship by itself.
Confidentiality
Coaching sessions are completely confidential to the fullest extent of the law, as promised throughout this site and set out in the coaching agreement.
Booking, applications, and book orders
Discovery calls are scheduled through TidyCal, and the pre-meeting application and book orders are handled through Google Forms. Those services have their own terms. The book, Cracking the Rich Code, is $19.95 plus shipping.
Content ownership
The text, images, and other original content on this site belong to Michael A. Martone / M Squared Advisors. Testimonials are the words of the clients who gave them, shared with permission. Please don’t republish content from this site without asking first.
Outside links
This site links to services and platforms Michael doesn’t control (TidyCal, Google Forms, YouTube, social networks). He isn’t responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees, plainly stated
Michael’s clients who do the work, see the results — and coaching outcomes still depend on you. This website is provided as-is, and M Squared Advisors is not liable for how you use the information on it.
