Straight answers about coaching with Michael — in his own words.

What is coaching with Michael like?

Coaching is a partnership. A place where there is room to explore opportunities, possibilities, and challenges. It’s a place where YOU — the client — do most of the talking. In coaching, we cut through the noise of life. We dive both shallow and deep to reveal and discover more about ourselves. My role is to listen, ask deep, powerful questions, and hold space for your exploration, awareness, and growth.

In our sessions, my coaching techniques will help reframe your perspective, shift your mindset, expand your thinking, and open you up to possibilities. You will leave with a sense of clarity, confidence, and courage to take the next step.

Who do you work with?

My clients are the doers, dreamers, explorers, and believers. They are professionals, entrepreneurs, and high achievers… and walk around with fears, doubts, and insecurities. But they are courageous and want to feed their courage.

My clients are longing for more abundant lives — more love, more trust, more courage, and more hope that all things are possible — because they are. They are open to going on a journey, doing the work, and looking for those “aha” moments and the transformation that’s waiting for them. They are driven by their values, spirituality, and/or faith.

What is The Next Chapter Framework?

The Next Chapter Framework is designed as a structured coaching container that helps clients gain clarity, reconnect with identity and desire, make important decisions, and take aligned action toward a more meaningful life.

My coaching programs are structured as clearly defined packages rather than individual, session-by-session services. Each package includes a flat program fee, a defined coaching period, a specific number of coaching sessions, clear expectations for communication and support between sessions, and access to tools, resources, reflection exercises, and accountability systems.

Is coaching therapy, medical care, or legal services?

No. Coaching is a partnership focused on your goals, clarity, and next steps — it is not therapy, medical care, or legal services, and it is not a substitute for any of them.

Before we begin working together, every client reviews and signs a coaching agreement that covers the scope of coaching, confidentiality expectations, payment terms, cancellation policies, and the distinction between coaching and therapy, medical care, or legal services.

Is it confidential?

Our sessions are completely confidential to the fullest extent of the law.

When we step into coaching, we enter a place of supportive acceptance where we can explore possibilities in a confidential and safe space.

How long does it take to see results?

Clients who do the work, see the results.

Change doesn’t happen overnight. Sustainable change happens in a series of small steps and one-degree changes. Over time, that adds up to major change.

The awesome thing about working together is that clarity comes quicker, and change happens easier and faster than doing it alone. We all need a coach. Especially high achievers looking to pivot or climb to the next level.

How do we start?

We start with a discovery call, which you can book directly at tidycal.com/MichaelMartone.

The discovery call is a conversation designed to determine whether coaching is the right next step for the prospective client. The purpose is not to pressure someone into a decision. It is to determine whether there is a genuine fit between what they need and the work I offer.

If there is alignment, I will recommend the appropriate coaching package and explain the next steps for enrollment.

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching is offered in clearly defined packages with a flat program fee, and we discuss the right package — and the investment — on the discovery call.
